Platinum Properties Team, LLC is a joint venture between two local builders, Marlon Ekhoff and Joe Petrovic. Individually they have each built fine homes in various communities throughout Will, Cook, Kankakee and Grundy counties. Together they have over 50 years of experience in the building arena, specializing in custom home construction. Platinum Properties Team, LLC was created with the vision of building homes of unparalleled quality, tasteful design, long-standing value, and modern luxury.
